Returns and Replacements

Many of our items are “special” made-to-order items according to each individual need. This includes our cart covers and our colored net bags. This means they are not subject to return for any reason other than faulty workmanship or shipment of an incorrect item.

Standard unused merchandise may only be returned for up to 90 calendar days from the date of delivery and only with our authorization. All returns are to be prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
